This CMP has been filed seeking for a direction for early disposal of Execution Case No.20/09 of 2017/2011 pending before learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Pipili. 3.

Mr. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the execution case is pending since 2009. Although there is no legal impediment for early disposal of the execution case, no step is being taken by learned Executing Court in that regard. Hence, the Petitioner is seriously prejudiced. 4.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, this CMP is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may move learned Executing Court for early disposal of the execution case.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
