1. Considering the submissions made, it is directed that the Order No.
Petitioners' representation dated 8th November 2021 (Annexure8) will be examined by the Principal Secretary, Panchayatiraj and Drinking Water Department, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.1) and after giving the Petitioners an opportunity of hearing, a reasoned order should be passed thereon not later than 2nd May 2022. A copy of such order be made available to the Petitioners not later than 9th May, 2022. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter. If the Petitioners are aggrieved by such order, it will be open to them to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
