This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State-Opposite Party. 3.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail.

The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Jakhapura P.S. Case No.126 of 2022, corresponding to C.T. Case No.1477 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Jajpur Road, for alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 407/420/379/34 of the I.P.C.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and he has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the submissions made by the respective parties

// 2 // and the materials placed before the Court, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner by the Arresting Officer in the aforesaid case, Petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the Arresting Officer. 7.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
