The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Tahasildar, Raghunathpur-Opposite Party No.2 to implement the order dated 17th February, 2018 as well as the order dated 16th April, 2021 passed in Crl. Misc. Case No.10 of 2016 under Section 138 Cr.P.C.

In course of hearing, Mr. Ratsingh, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to work out his remedy available under law.
