3. In this application, the petitioner has filed this application under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. for transfer of D.V. Case No. 105 of 2020 filed by the opposite party-husband in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal, to the court of learned S.D.J.M., Cuttack.

4. As learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have no instruction to proceed with this case and no other counsel appears for the petitioner, the TRP(CRL) is dismissed for nonprosecution.
