This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. It is a case that till date, no first information report has been instituted.

Since there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner, I am not entertained the anticipatory bail application. The petitioner is at liberty to renew the prayer for anticipatory bail after the registration of the F.I.R.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
