Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

There is no dispute at Bar that the dispute in so far as Bhubaneswar Development Authority is concerned. is already resolved in the meantime as there is already execution of required lease deed. So far as the dispute involving Cuttack Dev elopement Authority, there is no dispute at Bar that the petitioner's case is already governing under the direction of this Court in disposal of W.P.(C).No.21509 of 2015.

In the process, this Court in disposal of the writ petition remits the matter back to the Cuttack Dev elopement Authority for considering the grievance of the petitioner but however keeping in view the direction contained in W.P.(C).No.21509 of 2015. Let the authority complete its exercise dependant on this order at least within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of

certified copy of this order by the petitioner and communicate the outcome to the petitioner accordingly. "
