Writ Petition with liberty for the Petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Collector, Jagatsinghpur. 2.

In the event any such representation is filed by the Petitioner within ten days from today, the same shall be decided but however involving the Petitioner along with others, who are likely to be affected, by completing the entire exercise within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order. 3.
