The contempt petition is filed bringing it to the Order No.

notice of this Court that the directions contained in the order dated 03.09.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.11361 of 2020 in connection with the award dated 23.07.2012 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhawanipatna in L.A.R. No.124 of 2010 have not been complied with.

This Court while disposing of the said writ petition, directed the Collector and District Magistrate, Kalahandi (Opposite Party No.3) for taking steps for expeditious disbursement of the compensation amount in favour of the petitioner.

At the time of hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the directions contained in the order dated 03.09.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.11361 of 2020 have been complied with as the decretal dues have since been paid to petitioner.

In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
