The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the action of the opposite parties in taking step for eviction. 4.

In apprehension of eviction since the petitioner has approached this Court in the present writ petition, the same is not maintainable. As and when cause of action arises, it is open to the petitioner to raise objection, which shall be considered in accordance with law. 5.
