Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no case has been instituted against the petitioner but the police is searching for the petitioner to arrest him in connection with the case. Since there is no cogent material to that effect, I am not inclined to entertain this anticipatory bail application.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed.
