The contempt petition is filed bringing it to the Order No.

notice of this Court that the directions contained in the order dated 26.08.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.14340 of 2020 in connection with the award dated 19.11.2019 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhawanipatna in L.A.R. No.101 of 2019 have not been complied with.

This Court while disposing of the said writ petition, directed the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Upper Indravati Irrigation Project, Kusumkhunti, in the district of Kalahandi (Opposite Party No.3) for taking steps for expeditious disbursement of the compensation amount in favour of the petitioners.

At the time of hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the directions contained in the order dated 26.08.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.14340 of 2020 have been complied with as the decretal dues have since been paid to petitioners.

In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
