Order dated 29th July, 2022 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Senior Civil Judge, Balasore in Intest Case No.02 of 2021 is under challenge in this CMP, whereby an application filed by the Petitioner to call for two numbers of S.B.I. Account, i.e. S.B.I. A/c Nos. 31364594238 and 31757020265 of Gopalpur Branch, Gopalpur in the district of Balasore has been rejected.

In course of hearing, Mr. Ray, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of CMP to work out his remedy before learned Appellate Court.

In view of such submission, this CMP is disposed of as withdrawn.
