L.A. Misc. Case No.131 of 2015 in L.A.C. No.41 of 2010 under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act filed by the Petitioner is stated to be pending before the Zone Officer, Upper Indravati Irrigation Project, Kusumkhunti of district Kalahandi (Opposite Party No.2).

Regard being had to the facts and submission and the nature of relief sought for, this writ petition is disposed of directing Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of the aforesaid L.A. Misc. Case No.131 of 2015 within a period of two quarters from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order or true soft copy available in the Orissa High Court's website, if there is no other legal impediment. If the L.A. Misc. Case is disposed of in favour of the

// 2 // Petitioner, requisite payment be made to the Petitioner within two months from the date of disposal of the L.A. Misc. Case. 5.

The Petitioner is directed to supply a copy of the writ petition containing all the Annexures to Opposite Party No.2 for convenience and reference to Annexure-2.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515, dated 7th January, 2022.
