Mr. Laxman Bachaspati Nautiyal-Opposite Party No.3 appears in person before this Court and files an affidavit stating therein that the e-autctioin notice dated 30.11.2022 have already been withdrawn and the process of e-auction has been cancelled. He undertakes to comply with the order dated 25.11.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.31701 of 2022 and thereafter proceed with the matter in accordance with law.

In view of the above, relief sought having been granted to the Petitioner, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Personal appearance of Opposite Party No.3 is dispensed with in view of

unconditional apology tendered by him in Court. The affidavit filed in Court be kept on record.
