Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Instant case under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner praying for expeditious disposal of 1.C.C. No.8 of 2020 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Basta expeditiously. 3.
A copy of the complaint is at Annexure-1 and the same is perused.

At the instance of the opposite party, the proceeding under Section 138 of the N.I. Act is set into motion before the learned court below. A prayer is made by learned counsel for the petitioner to the effect that the proceeding in 1.C.C. No.08 of 2020 should be disposed of at the earliest in the spirit of the provisions of the N.I.Act.

It is informed to the Court that charge has already been framed by the court below.

Considering the above submission, the Court is of the view that since the complaint is ready for trial, it should be expedited and completed within a reasonable time. Accordingly, it is ordered. 7.
Consequently, the CRLMC stands disposed of with a direction to the learned J.M.F.C., Basta in 1CC No.08 of 2020 to commence the trial as soon as possible and accomplish it preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
