Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that on the basis of protest petition filed by one Bipin Bihari Mallick in ICC Case No.163 of 2018, summons have been issued to the petitioner.
Since there is no apprehension of arrest of the
// 2 // petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. In the event the petitioners surrender before the learned Court below and move for bail, the same will be disposed by the Courts below as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law. The case diary be made available before the Court concerned for disposal of the case.
