Undisputedly a proceeding under Sections 9 and 12 of the O.C.H. & P.F.L Act have already been disposed of, the only litigation pending at the instance of the Petitioners at this moment appears to be a revision under the provision of Section 36 of the said Act. There is no semblance of materials as of now establishing right of the Petitioners. Status quo, order if any, passed will not create a right in favour of the Petitioners.

In the circumstance this Court finds, no Contempt proceeding will be entertainable which is dismissed accordingly. Petitioners if so advised may take appropriate steps in the pending Writ Petition, if any.

Considering further request of the Petitioners, liberty is granted to the Petitioners to request for expediting hearing of the Writ Petition pending, in February, 2023.
