This application has been filed for conversion of the nomenclature of the writ petition from W.P.(C) to WPCRL. 3.

We have perused the prayer and its background facts laid in the interlocutory application. The observation made by the Registry is correct and accordingly, this writ petition be converted from W.P.(C) to WPCRL. Necessary correction be made accordingly by the Registry.
