Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer :- "It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ application, issue rule Nisi in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other writ/writs as deem fit and proper calling upon the Opp.Parties to show-cause as to why the Opp.Party No.1 shall not be directed to take a conscious, reasonable and just decision on the recommendations of the Opp.Party No.2, made by his Letter No.569 dtd.10.06.2022 regarding waiving out the licence fees of the members of petitioner's Association for a period of six months keeping in view the facts that the shops of the members of the petitioner's association was closed due to lock down and shut down for COVID-19 pandemic.
In the event of the Opp.Parties fail to show-cause or show insufficient cause said rule be made absolute." 3.
Taking this Court straightway to the indication in the third paragraph of Annexure-6, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits,
// 2 // in spite of the letter issued by the Chairman-cum-Managing Director, OSRTC, Bhubaneswar seeking clarification from appropriate Department in the matter of waiver of licence fee during the pandemic period, vide letter no.569 dated 10.6.2022, the Government of Odisha in the Department of Commerce & Transport (T) is sitting over the matter for nearly six years. 4.
Considering there is inordinate delay in taking all the issues, vide communication dated 10.6.2022, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directing O.P.1 to take a view as early as possible preferably within a period of one month on the asking of the Corporation, vide their letter no.569 dated 10.6.2022. 5.
