This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction for early admission of S.R.P. Case No.61 of 2020 pending before the Additional Commissioner, Settlement and Consolidation, Berhampur. 2.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs in the event the Petitioner files a memo before the competent authority for early admission of the matter within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken for admission of the S.R.P. Case No.61 of 2020 within a period of one month thereafter.
