Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the opposite parties, to comply the order of the tribunal dated 08.03.2019 by accepting the representation and taking a decision within a stipulated period.

As it appears, the representation of the petitioner under Annexure4 has been forwarded by the Headmaster of the School to the District Education Officer-O.P.3 under Annexure-5, which is still pending before the said authority.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing Opposite Party No.3 to take immediate step on the recommendation made by the opposite party no.5 under Annexure-5, if the same has not yet been attended to, within a period of two months from the date of communication of the certified copy of the order.
