This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 3rd November, 2021 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur in IA No.18 of 2019 (arising out of CP No.443 of 2017).

Learned counsel for the Petitioner files a memo in Court stating that the Petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and prays for withdrawal of the same.

Interim order dated 21st September, 2022 passed in IA No.17932 of 2021 stands vacated.
