1. This is an application for modification of the order dated 6.12.2022 passed by this Court in MACA No.421 of 2021.

2. Heard Ms. S. Das, learned counsel for the Appellant as well as Mr. S.B. Das, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. K. Panigrahi, learned counsel for the Respondent No.1.

3. Upon hearing both the parties, it is observed that the direction for payment penal interest @12% per annum by the learned Tribunal is waived. The order of this Court dated 6.12.2022 is modified to this extent only.

4. I.A. is disposed of.
