Undisputedly, there has been subsequent development involving the change in the ownership in the Record of Rights involved herein. In the circumstance, this Court finds, the relief sought for by the Petitioner cannot be entertained. 3.
It is at this stage of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to find other option available involving change in the Record of Right, if possible.

The Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn but however with the liberty as prayed for.
