Heard learned counsel for the parties 3.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to provide alternative accommodation in suitable place to the petitioners adjacent to the demolished shop rooms for their livelihood. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioners have made representation to the opposite party no.5 vide Annexure-3 series and direction may be given to consider and dispose of the same taking into consideration Annexure-2, within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for State has no objection. 5.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.5 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-3 series, taking into consideration Annexure2 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioners.
