By filing the Writ Petition, it is alleged, the representation submitted by the Petitioner since 8.10.2010 and the repeated representation since 18.11.2020 are not being disposed of. 3.

For the Petitioner showing interest to purchase the property involved, let the Petitioner submit a fresh application along with deposit of 25% of the Bench Mark Valuation operating in the locality within a period of fifteen days. In such event, the Chief Administrator, Jagannath Temple Management, Puri, O.P.4 is directed to consider such application and take a lawful decision. 4.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
