1. The Petitioners' representations (Annexure-4 series) shall be examined by the Sub-Collector, Cuttack(Opposite Party No.6) and after issuing notice to the Petitioners as well as the Opposite Party Nos.11 to 16 and giving them a hearing, the Sub-Collector, Cuttack(Opposite Party No.6) shall pass a reasoned order thereon not later than 1st February, 2023 and copy of such order shall be made available to the parties within a week thereafter. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
