This interim application has been filed by the Petitioner for correction of the name of Opposite Party No.3 as "Regional Transport Office, Sambalpur (OD-15), Dist.-Sambalpur, Odisha" instead of "Regional Transport Office, Sundergarh (OD-16), Dist.-Sundergarh, Odisha" in the cause title of the writ petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the averments made in this application, office is directed to correct the name of Opposite Party No.3 as "Regional Transport Office, Sambalpur (OD-15), Dist.- Sambalpur, Odisha" instead of "Regional Transport Office,

// 2 // Sundergarh (OD-16), Dist.-Sundergarh, Odisha" in the cause title of the writ petition.

Accordingly, the words "Regional Transport Office, Sundergarh" mentioned in 4th paragraph of the order dated 3rd January, 2022 be read as "Regional Transport Office, Sambalpur"
