None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. 3.

Direction dated 08.12.2022 appears to be a direction to opposite party no.2. It is on the other hand opposite the party no.3, who is to undertake such exercise. This Court directs the opposite party no.3 to undertake such exercise.

In view of the change in the direction dated 08.12.2022, this Court extends the time stipulation therein by another two months hence. 5.
