This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner-wife for transfer of Mat Case No.38 of 2020 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Nayagarh to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Puri on the ground of threat to her life.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner-wife. 4.

Notice was issued to the Opposite Party in the address given in the aforesaid Mat Case, but the same has returned with postal endorsement "incomplete address".

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court directs that Mat Case No.38 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Nayagarh be transferred to the

// 2 // Court of Judge, Family Court, Puri. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order. 6.

However, liberty is given to the Opposite Partyhusband to seek the review of the order, if so aggrieved. 7.

With the aforesaid order, this transfer petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
