The Petitioners have prayed for implementation of a civil court decree through a writ of mandamus. For the opinion of this Court, this writ petition is wholly not permissible in the eye of law. 3.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Petitioners if so advised, may find-out any other option available to them. 4.
