Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to settle the land in respect of Hal Plot No. 367/ 692, measuring an area of Ac.0.060 decimal under Hal Khata No. 248 of Mouza-Goudapatana, P.S-Aul by disposing of his representation under the provisions of OPLE Act.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioners have made representation to opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-4 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-4 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
