This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to grant with scale of pay equal to the Accountant-cum-Support Staff of the District Project Officer and State Project Officer as per their regular scale of pay whichever is higher and further to grant with annual incentives @ 3 percent on the base remuneration and equal D.A. including other allowances enjoyed by the executive committee of OPEPA under Annexure-4 in considering the application filed by the petitioners under Annexure-5.

4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioners have made representation to opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-5 and the same may be directed to be

considered within a stipulated time to which learned State Counsel has no objection.

5. As agreed by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-5 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
