Through Annexure-4, it is established that the Petitioner has a pending application for demarcation of the land involved herein. In the event, there is already payment clear, the concerned Tahasildar is directed to undertake the exercise of demarcation by completing the same at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner but however involving the Parties likely to be affected.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
