Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Jatani P.S. Case No.273 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.288 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Jatani for alleged commission of offences under sections 341/294/307/ 323/353/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the accusations, the police personnel who were on duty, were assaulted and the petitioner has been named in the first information report as an

While not inclining to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, I direct that in the event petitioner surrenders and moves for bail before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law by the Court below. The case records shall be made available to the Court concerned.

The ABLAPL stands disposed of.
