This matter is taken up through video conference mode. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that in the meantime, there has been already initiation of an encroachment proceeding and there is also development by way of direction for clearing the encroachment. This Writ Petition was filed at the stage of pendency of Annexure-3 series. Learned counsel for the Petitioners wants to withdraw the Writ Petition in order to bring an appropriate Writ Petition.

With this liberty as prayed for, the Writ Petition stands permitted to be withdrawn.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the
