Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Through the Writ Petition, Petitioner alleges that in spite of Mutation Appeal filed by the Petitioner since 28.10.2022 vide Annexure-7, such Appeal is neither being registered nor Appeal exercise is undertaken.

Considering the allegation, this Court disposing of the Writ Petition simply observes in the event the Sub-Collector, SambalpurOpposite Party No.6 is in receipt of Appeal vide Annexure-7, the same may be registered and the Appeal exercise be undertaken at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.

This Court records the undertaking of the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner shall cooperate in the Appeal exercise undertaken by Opposite Party No.6. It is made clear if the Petitioner does not cooperate the Appellate Authority by his appearance on 19.12.2022, the Appeal, if any, shall be dismissed. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Swarna
