Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This Writ Petition involves an allegation of non-disposal of the Demarcation Case No.158 of 2022 and also keeping in view the allegation that there has been no process of notice. In disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court directs Opposite Party No.3 to conclude the Demarcation Case No. 158 of 2022 at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. Petitioner since showing urgency, if necessary notice be served on parties likely to be affected by way of Special Messenger but at the cost of the Petitioner.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
