It is submitted by Mr. Arijeet Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner that brief has been transferred from him in the meantime. 3.

Mr. P.K. Beura, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. He is further directed to implead the informant as Opposite Party No.2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is directed to serve extra copies of the application upon the learned counsel for the State by tomorrow (25.01.2022) for its service upon informant. 5.

On receipt of the same, learned counsel for the State would do well to send the same to the IIC of the concerned Police Station for its due service with necessary information that the matter is likely to be listed for hearing on the week commencing from 14th February, 2022; when she/he can raise her/his objection in the matter of grant of bail to the Petitioner and further for the purpose if she/he requires the assistance of a legal counsel for her/his choice, she/he may
