The Writ Petition is filed in person.

This Writ Petition involves serious allegation of use of old mechanism in the matter of construction. Considering the allegation of a beneficiary of the work, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Superintending Engineer R.D. Division Balasore 2- Opposite Party No.4 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner by treating the Writ Petition as representation at the instance of the Petitioner and do the needful by completing such exercise at least within a period of two weeks from the date of copy of this order being supplied along with copy of the Writ Petition by the State Counsel. 3.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
