Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case it is, therefore, prayed that your lordship may kindly be graciously pleased to admit the writ petition, issue rule NISI calling upon the opp. parties as to why the re-survey lists shall not be accepted at par with earlier affected lists under Annexure-6 series and as to why the petitioners shall not be get the benefits under Annexure-1,2 & 3 within a stipulated period, if the opp. parties fail to show cause or show in sufficient cause then made the rule absolute.

And further be pleased to direct the Tahasildar, Angul and D.F.O., Satakosia Wide Life Division, Angul to accept the resurvey report/lists and to provide the benefits n view of Annexure-2,3 & 4. And further be pleased to pass any other

appropriate writ/writ(s), direction/direction(s) as would be deem fit and proper.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners states that highlighting their grievances, the Petitioners have made a representation to Opposite Party No.7 vide Annexure-14 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.7 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-14 and also taking into account Annexures-2,3 & 4 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
