Mr. Dash, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client's writ petition was disposed of by order dated 3rd January, 2022. He submits, there is typographical error inasmuch as sale deed his client wants registration does not carry date. Date of sale deed appearing in paragraph 1 of the order is typographical error. 2.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State.

Order dated 3rd January, 2022 is corrected by deletion of date mentioned in paragraph 1 therein. The correction be deemed to have been incorporated in said order.

The application is disposed of.
