This I.A. has been filed by the petitioner to convert the nomenclature of this petition from 'CRLMC' to 'CRLA'. 3.

Considering the averments made in this I.A. and also the submission advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this I.A. stands allowed and Office is directed to change the nomenclature of the case from 'CRLMC' to 'CRLA' and register the same accordingly.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that this matter is very urgent, the Registry shall do the needful for early listing of it before the appropriate Bench. (S. Pujahari) Judge MRS
