The matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed challenging the order dated 14.09.2021 passed in 1 C.C. Case No. 26 of 2021 by the learned Special Judge-cum-Sessions Judge, Kendrapara referring the complaint petition filed by the opposite party no.2 under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. to the I.I.C., Marshaghai P.S. for registration of a case against the accused persons under Section 294/195-A of IPC, Section 66 of I.T. Act and Section-3(1) (r) (s) (2) (va) of S.C. & S.T. (P.A.) Act taking cognizance of offence punishable under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo in Court today and also submits that he does not want to press the CRLMC and may be permitted to withdraw it. The said memo be kept on record. Considering the said submission, the CRLMC is dismissed as not pressed.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
