During course of hearing, Mr. Mishra wants to withdraw this CRLMP without prejudice to the contentions raised by the petitioner in CRLMP No.442 of 2022. 4.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of as withdrawn with the observation that the said withdrawal will no way prejudice to the contentions raised by the petitioner in CRLMP No.442 of 2022.
