This is in second listing of the matter. In the first listing, after hearing learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, this Court directed the State counsel to take instruction as to the reason of delay in undertaking the required exercise dependant on the representation of the Petitioner at Annexure-2. Learned State counsel again asks for time.

Considering the decision is required to be taken by the Collector & District Magistrate Cuttack, this Court to avoid wastage of time, disposes of the Writ Petition, directing the District Collector & District Magistrate Cuttack to show development to the representation of the Petitioner vide Annexure-2 by completing

// 2 // required exercise at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. 3.

This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observation.
