This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners as well as learned counsel for the State. Perused the record.

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers:
"In view of the foregoing facts and circumstances it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased:
a) to issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) directing the Opp. Parties to forthwith release the Grade pay of Rs.4200/- to the Petitioners in light of the judgment passed by this Hon'ble in W.P.(C) No.7281 of 2018 dated 24.06.2022 (placed at Annexure-2) and also the order passed by the Ld. Tribunal in O.A. No.1574 of 2017 dated 21.09.2017 (placed at Annexure-1) from the actual date of order and also allow all consequential benefits;
b) to pass any other order(s), which this Hon'ble
// 2 // Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in favour of the Petitioners and against the Opp. Parties."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that although the petitioners have approached before the, the same is still pending before the said Opposite Parties and the said Opposite Parties have not taken any decision as of now. 5.
Learned counsel for the State submits that he has no objection, if a direction is given to the authorities to consider the grievance petition of the petitioners in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the submissions made by the respective parties, the limited nature of grievance involved in the present writ petition, keeping in view the case of the petitioners, this Court disposes of the writ petition at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Parties to consider the case of the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is needless to mention here that the case of the petitioners shall be considered and disposed of by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Any decision so taken on the said representation shall be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
