For there is no filing of certified copy of the impugned order, the Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage. This Court permits the Petitioners to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the Petitioners to bring a fresh Writ Petition but however, along with certified copy of the impugned order.

The Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, but however, with liberty as prayed for.
