The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the L.E. Case No.50 of 2022 initiated by opposite party no.3 against the petitioner, and to issue direction to opposite party no.2 not to evict the petitioner from Khat No.511, Plot No.563, Mouza-Chayaliya, Area-Ac.0.12 decimals, Tahasil-Baliapala in the district of Balasore in connection with L.E. Case No.50 of 2022 without affording opportunity of hearing to him.

Considering the grievance made by the petitioner and after going through the records, let the petitioner file objection to the notice of eviction issued by the authority within a period of seven days hence. In the event, the petitioner files objection to the notice of eviction, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the authority in accordance with law by affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
